Data we collect
When you submit the contact form we process your name, email address, selected engagement interest, optional estate notes, and message content. Server logs may record IP address, browser type, and pages visited. Cookie preferences are stored in your browser under a brand-prefixed key; see our cookies page.
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to scoping requests and preparing fee estimates (legitimate interest / steps prior to contract).
- Operating and securing the website (legitimate interest).
- Optional analytics only if you accept non-essential cookies (consent).
Retention
Inquiry messages are retained up to twenty-four months unless a related engagement requires longer retention under the engagement letter. Server logs are typically rotated within ninety days. Signed engagement records follow the retention schedule in that letter.
Your rights
Subject to Taiwanese personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise rights, email hello@autoinfrasys.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwanese authority.
International transfers
Our primary operations are in Taiwan. If a processor outside Taiwan hosts email or site infrastructure, we require contractual safeguards appropriate to the destination and the nature of the data.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers who host email or the website, and with professional advisors when required, under confidentiality obligations. We disclose data when lawfully compelled.
Children
This site is directed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
