About
A Taichung practice for cost compliance clarity
Why we exist
Enterprise infrastructure bills grew denser while finance committees kept asking the same question: does this charge belong here, under this policy, at this rate? AutoInfraSys was formed to answer that question with audit discipline rather than dashboards alone.
We sit between finance, procurement, and infrastructure owners. Our work is documentary—contracts, invoices, allocation matrices, approval trails—and our product is a findings pack your internal audit committee can read without translation.
Where we work
Our office is in Taichung Hsien. Engagements regularly include on-site days in Taipei headquarters and remote document rooms for regional subsidiaries. Taiwan’s mix of manufacturing groups, logistics operators, and regional HQs shapes the estates we see most often: multi-vendor cloud, colo, private circuits, and managed hosting layered on older telecom contracts.
How we approach clients
We name a lead auditor and a cost analyst on every flagship engagement. Sponsors get a single point of contact, a written sample plan before fieldwork, and draft findings before anything is final. We do not sell monitoring software or take a cut of recovered amounts.
Values that show up in the work
- Traceability over theatre—every exception cites a source document.
- Respect for local ledgers—subsidiary books are not treated as noise.
- Independence—we do not negotiate vendor renewals as part of the audit fee.
- Proportion—sample depth matches risk, not a generic checklist.
